Finishing Strong in 2021
It is unthinkable that we are nearing the end of 2021. It seems just yesterday we were closing out 2020 with gratitude at how God allowed us to engage with crisis after crisis related to the pandemic, and here we are again, looking back at an incredibly fruitful year.
For instance, in the last two weeks, your generosity has already paid for over 150 Winter Kits for South Asia. That’s incredible!
It is projects like these that not only provide for the poorest of the poor, but that provision comes wrapped in relationships and support that are directly connected to the GOOD NEWS Gospel of Jesus.
As we look to the end of this year, and the opportunities of next year, I would like to ask you to prayerfully consider helping us FINISH 2021 STRONG.
Support and generosity for our projects have increased significantly over the past two years, but donations that provide the foundation for our work to be done have taken a bit of a hit. That decrease has affected financial support for our staff missionaries, available funds for fundraising and outreach, capacity to upgrade some technology needs and some of our core project funding.
To make up for the decrease in general giving over the last two years, we are trusting and asking God for...
...and to be ready to dive headfirst into 2022.
Over the next few weeks, I will be talking more about the opportunities and challenges before us. For now, I’m asking for one thing...WOULD YOU PRAY?
The work we are able to do on a daily basis is incredible, and we would like to continue to scale up to meet more needs, to confront more poverty, create more potential, and connect even more people.
Pray with us for the needed financial foundation for this, for the missionaries who are fundraising, the projects in need of funding, the people who will receive GOOD NEWS, and our partners who are the catalyst for making it all happen?
