Outreach in El Salvador

An update from our El Salvador Country Directors, David & Rebeca Cuchillas:

At the end of last year, we facilitated a Christmas Outreach again within the Tular Community. Around 40 kids received Christmas gifts, we raffled off 30 Christmas Food Baskets, we gave away around 100 bibles, and fed around 150 people, including all of the children and families who attended. It was a fantastic time!

The woman you see in the video is Ruth Varela. She has been a missionary in India for 20 years, and has greatly helped provide avenues for Christian missionaries coming from El Salvador and Latin America to serve and work in India. Today, with her husband, they pastor a church here in El Salvador and they travel annually to India to visit the networks of churches they established and to oversee the local pastors and missionaries they serve there. She shared a Gospel message with all who came and we prayed for salvations and over everyone who had a sickness.

Everyone received a gift that can help them in their every day lives, but they were also given the greatest gift of all…an invitation to know JESUS!
