Summer on Mission: Week 3

This summer, we have some great trips happening. Members of our team are engaging on three different continents to spread the Good News of Jesus. Would you please join us in praying for these amazing opportunities, and if you feel led to invest financially, each of these is still in need of funding. SOUTH ASIA (Now - June 25th)
Sid Harper, one of our Missionary Care Coordinators, is leading a team to a place where Christianity is very much persecuted. He will be visiting workers and joining them in caring for people in Jesus' name. Please pray for the team traveling with him and for all that God has planned for him. Every entry and exit point is a faith opportunity - as well as every conversation. Please pray for their protection, much needed rest, and for the fruit of their time in country to be significant. 

SOUTH AFRICA & KENYA (June 28 - July 10th)
Jason is joining the team from Grace Houston to serve with Northpoint City Church in their annual Gospel Partnership Conference in Johannesburg. The time will be spent training leaders and pastors from surrounding nations and ministering through community outreaches in the hospitals and prisons, in addition to a local youth sports camp. There will also be a focus on planting new churches to create more space for the Gospel to take root all over southern Africa.

Jason will also make a trip over to the Links Africa HQ in Kenya to spend time with Sam Walker and the team there. Our Africa Hub is preparing to be a place of training, strategic planning, agricultural modeling, missionary care, and missional outreach. 

NICARAGUA (July 31st - August 7th)
Jason, Holly, and Jacob Bollinger are heading out with another team from Grace Houston to serve with The Hope Project in Matagalpa. Working with The Hope Project is always an incredible experience. We will spend time training leaders, helping with their nutrition program, ministering to the next generation, distributing shoes to the extremely poor in rural areas, developing a new business center, building and delivering bunk beds for families, and as always, a few other (incredible) surprises along the way.
